*Payment Policy*
Currently, PayPal is the preferred payment option for online payments. This is the most secure form of payment. Cash, credit and debit cards are accepted for “in-person” purchases only. Checks maybe accepted on a case by case basis, but you will have to e-mail me @ [email protected] to arrange this method of payment.
*Return Policy*
The majority of items sold here are customized, therefore no returns for merchandise are accepted. The only exception for returns would be if your item(s) arrived damaged or not as described. However, each item is personally packaged with care and double checked to ensure that everything is correct and mailed to the right location.
*Commissioned Artwork Policy*
Due to the tedious and customized nature of commissioned artwork, no returns are permitted.
Certain content restrictions apply to commissioned pieces. All requests must be PG-13 rated. Please contact me via email if you require further explanation.
There is no set rate for commissions; however Kenneth does follow a set scale, (colored or black and white, how many people, etc.). Please contact him via email to receive your customized quote.
*Shipping Policy*
Your purchased items will be in the mail to you within 48 hours, Monday through Friday (no shipments on weekends). Please make sure you check the shipping time before purchasing, as this is not calculated by us.
If there will be any delays, you will be notified at the time of purchase. The only instance when there would be a delay would be if Kenneth was out of town exhibiting at a convention.
